Right of withdrawal for digital patterns
When purchasing online, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital patterns, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once delivery has started, provided that the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and confirmed that they will lose their right of withdrawal as a result.

Complaints, errors and support
If there is an error in the pattern, you have received the wrong file, pages are missing, you are unable to open the PDF, or you have not received the download link, you can contact us at stengelstrikk@hotmail.com.
