We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Purchase/delivery/order processing: necessary to fulfil our agreement with you, namely the purchase.

  • Customer service via the contact form: based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

  • Accounting/documentation: necessary to fulfil legal obligations, including bookkeeping requirements.

4. Who we share information with (data processors)

We only share the information that is necessary with service providers who help us deliver the service, typically:

  • Wix, for the website, online store, hosting, and forms,

  • payment providers through Wix, including Vipps when activated.

We do not sell personal data and do not use the information for advertising or marketing.

5. Transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA

Wix and/or its subcontractors may process data in, or access data from, countries outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers require a specific legal basis, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. Retention period

We store personal data for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose:

Enquiries submitted through the contact form: normally for up to 12 months, unless the matter needs to be stored for longer in order to follow up on the enquiry, document a purchase, or handle a complaint.
